Refund and Returns Policy

As part of RazorMist’s Customer Service commitment, we want to assures our customers that they will be recieving the highest quality products of our brand. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, we encourage you to contact us via email at razormist@razormist.com

Returns

RazorMist Shaving Mist and RazorMist Shaving Spray do not contain presevatives and should only be used until the “Use By” date indicated on each label. Do not use the product past this date. The products retain their quality and fresness for four months after the date of their production. Orders can not be cancelled nor do we accept any returns. Each product is made for the customer who has ordered it. Our “Produced To Order” business scheme ensures our customers that we will ship their product within a few days of its production. Our company is not in any way responsible for any possible delays in shipping after the products have left our facilities.

When you recieve your package, please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item, DO NOT USE IT. DO NOT OPEN IT. Please contact us and inform us of the situation.

If you receive your product damaged or defective, please contact us so that we may resolve the issue.

We will not accept any returns nor provide refunds for any items sent to us without our approval.

For any concerns about your product, please contact us.

RazorMist is not resopnsible nor will accept to pay for any fees, costs or expences regarding the returning or sending of items back to our location.

We are not, in any way, responsible for anything that is returned or sent to us.

If a return is approved, we require a receipt or proof of purchase for that item.

Refunds

In no case are shipping fees refundable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

If you do not received a refund by then, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Scheduled Shipment Date – Cancellations and Refunds

Your order’s initial shipment date will be scheduled within 30 days of the date we receive all of the following:

1. Your full order details

2. Your valid shipping address information

3. Your payment funds deposited into our account

No cancellations will be accepted, nor any refunds will be issued within this initial time period.

If your order is to be delayed past the initial scheduled shipment date, we will notify you to schedule a second shipment date. You will have the option to cancel your order and be refunded. If we are unable to ship your order by the second scheduled date, we will notify and contact you again to schedule a third shipment date. You may again cancel your order and be refunded. If you do not wish to respond to us, nor wish to reschedule a third shipment date, then we will cancel your order and refund you the entire price of your purchase.
